Pitman arm Help!

Does anyone know where I can get a Pitman arm for the Ford power steering box. Not the Bendix one. Any where on the net?
Any links?

Are the Ford and Bendix pitman are the same?

I have no experience with the bendix but I know that the local junkyards have several of the steering boxes. You should go to the classifieds and place a wanted ad. I will send you an email.

When I put power steering on my truck, I was told to use a differant pitman arm than the one that was on the manual box, I bought a new one from the ford dealer. That was about 15 yrs ago, however......DF

The Ford PS box was used from '67 or so all the way to '79. If you have a Ford box, you can get a Pitman arm from any PS box on F-250s and below, but not 4x4s, though.

I have a couple of pitman arms laying around. But I'm not too saavy on the difference between the Ford vs the Bendix steering boxes. Give me a day or so and I'll get some part numbers.
