LMC sells them unless they went to just black. Dennis Carpenter sells them also as well as NPD. I'd personally will pick mine up from Dennis Carpenter or NPD.
LMC only sells the original pad in black. They make a plastic cover in blue but it has a square speaker grill. I’d love to find one in blue but it looks like that’s impossible. I guess I’ll have to end up painting one.

If you can get me a red one I'll gladly send you mine.

Guess LMC stopped carrying the white then. Only two colors are made white or black. Any other color you have to use SEM and paint it. I will have to do that as I need the dark blue interior color. I got the visors and arm rest pads in the correct dark blue, but door panels and dash pad is not available in colored.

i need the light blue like he has. I thought the white would be easier to get the light blue color on instead of the black.
I had really good luck with painting my interior panels. Mine was blue like yours, no cracks. But faded way worse then yours. Gave them a good cleaning, some slight sanding in the areas that were flaking and then used the vinyl paint. Its been a couple years since I did it and it isn't rubbing off. It may be harder to do if you are completely changing the color though, maybe just more coats will be needed. I was doing color match so it covered it easily. There was one red piece that I took from another truck and painted blue, still worked well and the color matched the rest of the panels still.

It would be. Lighter colors will paint better over a white base than a black base. Darker colors can use either but I will use black as my door panels only come in black and I want the paint to match. The white might give a slightly lighter color of the dark blue compared to it being sprayed over black.
