Nice splash pan on the back. I have the boards stained and polyied ready to go. This is an old picture I have doors and windows in as well as the inner fenders and the E brake, clutch, brake, heater ,wipers ect. Let me know if you want his information. I have had a newer box on the truck for a few years. it was the newer ones with the fiberglass fenders. They are all close and I just did small work arounds and everything fit. I worked for ALCOA and put an aluminium floor in it last time.
I just realized what you meant about the bedsides. I thought they changed in 1978 but it may have been 1977. I purchased this truck new in 1978 with a flare side box. This is my fourth box. LOL
I asked him to assemble mine and he was kind enough to do that so I took a closed trailer up last winter to retrieve it. I visited to Corning glass factory one the first night, and the next day I picked up the box and came back through Niagara falls and stayed a night there. It was a nice time to visit. The falls were Frozen. I am retired so the wife and I made it a mini vacation to break up the drive. He will ship them usually.
