Part of the issue on large trucks is they were ordered with special colors for towns or cities that would not show up in any color charts.
Have you looked at the plate on the door to see if it list a color code?
The other thing you can try is take the truck to your auto paint supplier and see what they have to say.
If there is a code on the plate they could check it and if they are an old school supplier may have books with color chips in it to check with.
The worst is they would have to try and find something close and then tint to match.
Some of the newer places have a "gun" that does the matching for them.

My 72 looks like that. The color is called Calypso Coral. I don't have a code for you. You can also try this,

I know the Calypso Coral looks more red in that chart but I swear it does not on my truck. Although the orange on your truck is a little brighter.

I would say the Chrome Yellow is closer just needs a little more orange but color charts on computers are not the best way to check them.
The other thing is they are for F100 trucks not F700 and large trucks over F350's had different colors as they were built in different plants.
I still say the best is to check with the local paint supplier to see what they have to say.
