Front blower not working

Front blower not working
So I got a 2000 Excursion, just grabbed it on a trade (yay). The problem is that while the rear blower works fine, the front doesn't do anything.
It'll have some air come out if I'm moving, and the temperature reflects the setting, as well as the chosen vent setting. But it doesn't blow. I checked fuses, replaced the relay, whats my next step here? Blower motor?

Test for power at the blower motor it’s self with a test light. If it’s anything like mine you can just wiggle the connector at the motor and the fan will start working again. Happens to mine about twice a year. Not sure if it’s the connector or a bad connection inside the motor but I’m kinda cheap and lazy so I just wiggle it every once and awhile. Lol
