Here was Momma’s Mother’s Day breakfast. Ham and cheese omelette from fresh eggs with San Luis Sourdough toast.

lots of rice growers out that way , why is my letters bold , head out towards Chico direction on the 5 passed the airport 15+ miles , you’ll see rice grown under water, they have special harvesters to get it , almost like Salt harvest , rice hulls are fed to cattle same with Amond hulls, I don’t feed my cows that , only corn stalk with the cob, mainly after Halloween .

I saw the California rice farming videos on YouTube. Now I have to figure out how to do it in a milk gallon.

Match box cars and paper airplanes , looks like ur goin to need a funnel too, carefully on the planting part , one seed might yield a forest, or what ever they call rice.

Now we need to capitalize the effort. If everyone here sends $650,000.00, you can all have a stock option when I take the venture public. We also need hands on, real world, sweat equity. Anybody have an extra 200 acres, a barn large enough for all the equipment, and a horse? I always wanted to ride a horse. And if anybody has a connection to Hmong people, we could use their expertise and labor. I would recruit the local area Chinese and Vietnamese, but they are too focused on things like operating restaurants, sending their kids to college, and trying to run for political offices. I'm open to suggestions. Any other immigrants know how to farm rice? Ukrainian, Irish, Eritrean, Canadian, Kazakhstan? We need to get this operation off the ground, before someone beats us to the punch.

Rice takes lots of water. In a jug, you won't have to worry too much. When I lived in Minnesota, we would harvest wild rice in the river.

I grew up in Northern California, I know how to cut down large trees and get them to the lumber mill. But I'm no help on growing rice.

Rice, it’s what all of those “ Flatlanders” down South grow

Would you believe that my first college roommate thought that I was from Santa Barbara when I said that I was from Northern California?

It's like all our relatives in the Midwest asking us how far it is to Disneyland from our house.

When I lived in Southern California I was 4 miles west of Disneyland. Now I am about 220 miles north.
