Ok so I was removing the intake on my 1990 ford with the 4.9 liter and everything went smoothly until I got the back of the intake there’s some thing that bolts to the back that has metal hard line that goes to it not sure what it is but I broke both bolts off into my intake do you guys have any idea how to get them out
If any of the bolt is sticking out, you could try welding a nut to what is sticking out, and the heat would help break it loose, go slow and use lots of penetrating oil.

I might try that I’m just afraid of messing up the mating surface
I agree with Torq. Without a machine shop you would damage the intake drilling out the bolts by hand. Many people will claim they can drill them out which is due to their experience
Weld on a nut, use penetrating oil and alot of heat. Heat a large area on the intake due to it being a big heat sink and you don't want to crack the intake. It takes alot of isolated heat to be effective. Sometimes a few heat and cool cycles will help. I have used this method many times on various broken bolts.
