Good Day all, I got a lead a 67 Ford 1 ton (cab fwd). I have yet to see the shape as we are meeting up tomorrow, but am told it is pretty good. I know there are some differences in body style,but If it turns out to be decent, is there enough to make it worth while to drag home and strip down for parts. Has a V6 engine. Mine is a SRW, his was a dually it has 16.5 rims on front. Is the steering rack the same, I need a few pieces for mine. I already have a trailer rented for the weekend so not cost to move it. $400 Cad (285 usd) is what he paid and he want to get out of it.

Very few parts from a 1967 F-350 will directly interchange with a 1964 F-350. '67 was the first of the twin I beam front suspension for the one tons. Nothing for the steering or suspension is the same.

Thanks I went this morning and yes I quickly realized there was nothing the same. I looked at one awhile back that the guy claimed was a 67 but I think he was mistaken and it was a 66, cause the 67 1 ton today was completely different.
