I recently took delivery of a special ordered F350 with the camper package. The "Slide-in Camper Certification" that is supposed to be included with the camper package was not in the vehicle when it was delivered (I checked every nook and cranny), and the dealer assures me that they didn't remove it. From my research it appears this is a fairly common occurance. I have tried getting both the dealer and Ford customer service to see if they can have one sent to me, but have had no luck yet (I sent them both an example from another vehicle since neither seemed to be familiar with it). This isn't a huge deal in the grand scheme of things, so I'm not going to go to heroic measures, but it would be nice to have since it documents the center of gravity, etc. Has anyone here who has been in the same situation been able to get Ford to send the missing certificate? If so, how did you manage to make that happen?
I misplaced the paper CC that came with our 2017 F350. I called Ford customer service, explained my situation, provided them with our truck’s VIN, and Ford emailed a pdf of our CC.

That's what I was hoping would happen, but the customer service person I spoke with was clueless and has punted back to the dealer. She also gave me the phone number of Ford corproate. When I asked her how they would help, she basically said that it is worth a try...
The “camper loading” diagram is commonly available on-line. Sorry I don’t have link at the moment. I wouldn’t worry too much about the “certificate”. There are many, many trucks carrying TC’s that don’t have this cert handy.

I would be surprised if many trucks with camper packages still have their certification the first time the truck is traded or sold and the owner cleans out the glove box (provided it was there from the git-go). Has anyone ever been asked to show it? Just curious.
I agree that the certificate isn't a critical item, and I can get the same information from other sources or by doing my own calculations. However, since it is supposed to be a standard item included in a relatively common package, I was hoping there would be a easy way to have it replaced. It is probably just the luck of the draw on which customer service rep you get. I also realize that like many companies, Ford is has other bigger issues to deal with right now. In any case, thanks for the responses - I will post an update if I hear back from other dealer or CS rep again.
My recollection is I contacted Ford’s Customer Relationship Center at (800) 392-3673 a couple of months after we took delivery of our 2017 F350 to request a replacement copy of our truck’s camper certificate. I provided my name, email address, and VIN, and Ford transmitted a pdf copy to me.
We included a hard copy of the CC in the OM when we sold the truck to CarMax in 2018.

Yes, that was the number I called. The rep has been very responsive, but so far hasn't been able to figure out how to have the replacement certificate sent to me.
Not yet, but I haven't pushed it with either the dealer or customer service rep since our last go around. I was hoping it would be easy to resolve, but that hasn't been the case. So, I have to decide how much time/energy I want to invest, particularly since it isn't a critical item in the big picture of things...
I didn't receive the truck camper certificate either. I suspect Ford is struggling with workforce shortages and people working from home. Hopefully the Covid 19 issue will be managed soon. (for so many reasons. . . )
My 2006 I had to ask them to check the trash after dealer prep when they took delivery of my special order. Sure enough they trashed it.
Just a single piece of paper in the glove box with a few other things. Prep guys are told to get the truck ready as soon as possible. Most people don’t know what a truck camper is so it must have looked unnecessary and they trash it.
My 2020 I was there before they could prep and took it out.
