Opinions please from my truck brothers on what you think is the value of these 2 trucks . Will only sell both in a package deal . Both are'52 & have sat in the same spot since '79 . One is a F-1 6 cyl standard cab . The other is a F-2 five star extra cab V8 w/ a 2 deuce intake , carbs , linkage .. They are a very long distance away but could finalize the deal while on the "Great 2020 Parts Safari " and store at my brothers
for awhile . If purchased for the right amount of $$ they both would be parted out or maybe try to sell whole . .
That is what I told them . They think they have Gold They have been watching too much TV . We are in negotiations . Will keep all posted .
Forgot to mention the F-2 has a title .
Oof, whenever those get moved, there isn't much that will actually get on a trailer. The F2 door is nicely paneled, however.
Value? The F1, maybe $400. The F2, perhaps $500 tops. Half those amounts if they showed better in the pics than real life or if the cab corners are gone.

Denny in my opinion and with experience, once an owner senses someone's particular interest and checks the 'finished' asking prices on these trucks - you can't remove these notions from their head with surgical tools or a boom crane.
And hardly any seller will realize that an F2 takes just as much work and more money to restore than a F1, but fetches less money when complete. A truck like that without a bed or solid front fenders, all things being equal, is worth less than an F1 in the same condition.

Yep, it's one good thing about chasing after the bigger trucks; they're really worth much less.
Wasn't wood grain paneling an extra cost option that year???
I see a lot of good pieces that could be sold Maybe rather than hauling the trucks away, see if the owner will let you can pick the good parts and leave him the rest for scrap.
Trucks need be removed from the property . Brothers have all the necessary equipment for doing that . Trailer , air compressor , come alongs ,everything and plenty of room to park them on the property w/ a fully stocked shop to dismantle them . Made a deal late sat . If not able to sell whole will part them out & scarp the rest . Any one know how to determine the difference between the six cylinder engines ? Am not knowledgeable on the sixes .Thanks to all for the opinions & info .
