Honestly, I wouldn't be worried about the block per se, but about all of the other big money components that may get destroyed when something lets go. Forget losing a piston and a valve - consider the cost of losing the ENTIRE ENGINE when something goes... including the 6-71 supercharger.
Yeah I've considered losing the entire thing and it's a hefty pricetag. Wouldn't be the first one I've huffed for sure though the blower is a whole new aspect. I think we chatted before on another project I had going.
Lost this one because I got in too much of a hurry and didn't double check everything
Side note... If I don't feel comfortable or don't have everything ready by July 11 2020 I'll run N/A for the rest of the year... I'm getting married at National Trails Raceway that day. If y'all wanna come you're more than welcome. I'll be in this here land yacht.
I'll have another hood so I don't have to cut my original.
I talked to some people who have much more school under their belts than I do and was told... "With proper fueling and tune I don't see why your 13.862:1 pre blower would be an issue" so I'm gonna go ahead and send it. I'll have updates, photos, and video when I can get em posted
