I just bought a 19 F250 CCSB yesterday. I know what the boxlink system is supposed to be, but I don't really see much user for it other than the tiedowns that come with it. Anyone have any interesting or useful ideas for the boxlink system OTHER THAN tiedowns? I may weld up a weekender style ladder rack for mine, but have no real ideas otherwise.
Thanks guys.
BTW... I've already learned a ton about my truck and have saved money by reading and researching on this forum, so THANK YOU. I used to be a moderator on a Mustang forum back in the day, so I'm not new to forums like this and how useful/scary they can be. Lots of great info here. Again, thanks guys.

I did a little research on the Boxlink prior to ordering my 2020 F350. The only interesting thinking to me was you can get creative when you tie down crap in the bed and that they are removable with a key lock. I didn't find any other idea's for using them other than a tie down point. I do like your ladder rack idea. Post some pics of the rack when your done
BTW, I'm a mustang guy and I'm on a few of the forums. What site were you a moderator on?
Check out this website. I would not invest much money in the Ford system other than to use it as tie down. Box link is a great idea but they never got creative with it.
Built Right offers a cool rack system that is easy to install and very durable.
I use a set of e-track large hooks on one side to hold my 'grab stick' for pulling stuff out from the front. They also work to hold rope, extension cords, etc...
Hey ksmach1, I used to be on modulardepot. I'm honestly not even sure if they're still around. I'll be searching for it as soon as I'm done with this post! Ha!
I like those built right racks. A simple and versatile idea. Thanks guys.

Great, another MOLLE panel! I use these on my Jeep for everything. Now, I can continue the obsession on my truck. The Minister of Finance is gonna love this!
