Ha, so far I'm the only voter of not just one, but 2 choices in the multiple choice poll!
2. Replaced radiator BEFORE failure (and with no impending failure indicated or evident... that original production radiator is still perfect... keep meaning to sell it... after 19 years of storing it!)
3. Replaced radiator with less than 100,000 miles (at only 17,500 miles to be exact).
The only reason why I replaced the radiator is because Ford gave me a new one with an oil to water transmission cooler inside the lower tank. Still running that plastic tanked replacement OEM radiator 19 years later.
Anyone have experience with the Mishimoto Aluminum rads? I ordered a stock style for my truck and it came busted. Looking into the Mishimoto now, it's for an OBS, but what is the general consensus on Mishimoto radiators?
Who's had them, warranty, quality, etc.

Did Mishimoto replace that radiator for you? I recently installed a Mishimoto radiator in to my 99.5 Superduty. It arrived in perfect condition and installed with out a hitch. Perfect fit. Great radiator all aluminum with out the plastic ends!! Anyhow the Mishimoto radiator is a great product.
On Edit. I currently have an Excursion that now also needs to have the radiator replaced. It's leaking from the plastic end cap. So I'm going to replace it with Morimoto Radiator as well.
