Driveshaft fitting Lube
How many fittings are there to lube on my 19 F350 dually 4x4? Looked in owners manual and can’t find it. Is there a diagram of where it’s located ? Thanks !

Not positive if the same.... but my 250 only has 2 behind the front tires steering knuckle, that's it.... you can rotate the joint and then you will see the fitting.
dealer didn't know they were there LOL , I had to show them. they told me there were NO zerk fittings.

Only two zerk fittings on SRW trucks, as was stated above. Both are on the front axle u-joints. It seems like there should be more, but there aren't.

The owner's manual calls for Motorcraft XG-11 but also says it must meet specification WSS-M2C192-A. This was discussed in this thread:
https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...-fittings.html . But we didn't really come up with a definitive answer. I stick to a grease that says it's used for u-joints.

I treat them like the age old, ( lube, oil, filter) can't hurt
hopefully one of the dually guys chimes in and gives any other zerk fitting locations that a dually might have

DRW F350 just has two zerks. I lube them every 15K since they are not always turning.

Fluid dynamics in the transfercase, and the slight friction at the hubs cause the front components to spin even if the hubs are unlocked.
Here's a good video:
