Sun visor light bulbs

Has anyone replaced the little bulbs in the mirror of your sun visors with LED's? I just replaced my drivers visor with a clean used one and tore the old one apart. Figured out how the lenses come out, pretty simple, but can't find the bulbs in LED's. It looks like they are T3-1/4 size which to my understanding is the same as a T3 but I cannot find a good T3 LED wedge base bulb.

Any insight from those who have traveled this path?

in this vid he is using bi-pin style LED bulbs, I'm thinking the wedge is not made in this size.

I'm sure they're the same throughout the years, but the 2001 Excursion year uses a wedge style bulb.

I wonder if in 2002 when they moved away from the GEM, that some of the lighting changed too.
