There's probably still a lot of air in the fuel and oil lines/galleries. It will take some time for that to get worked out. Pull codes to be sure nothing else is going on.

Why did you replace LPOP?

Did you use Ford or Melling pump? What directions did you follow?

Does LPO pressure gauge on dash come up while cranking?

Do SES and WTS lights come on and go off when you turn key on?

Check fuel pump by putting A piece of 5/16” hose on the water drain line discharge point - kind of beside the water pump on the passenger side of the block. Make the hose long enough to reach a jug or bucket on the floor. Open valve and drain the filter. With the valve still open turn the key on and then observe the flow from the pump. You should get a steady stream of fuel with no air and it should pump about a quart before the pump times out after about 30 seconds.

Did you prime the HPOP? I'd pull the plug and confirm it's full.
You have to crank quite a while to fill the Injector oil galleys.

It would not have started until most of the air was gone from HPO system.

The Ford lpop can be installed wrong and destroy the front cover.

We’ll need to know ICP and IPR DC if no obvious codes point to the problem.
