Whats up yall? Got the codes pulled the other day and suprisingly I only had 1 code in there. It told me the "EGR flow was insufficient". I am sure this is probably caused by a number of different things. Where do I start? Is this caused by a clogged cat? Is there a broken line? Is the EGR just gummed up? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

 

I would say unplug it 1st, pull off the whole assembly, and then pull off the EGR senson and make sure it is all clean.

There is a large spring and i could see if it wasnt cleaned ever 60000 or so it, along with the sensor would get all clogged up.
