Yoke options?

Have 99 F350 4x4 crew cab. Been battling the rear end on it. Long story short, I have a broken ear on the rear pinion yoke. It’s the driveshaft with carrier bearing if that’s relevant.

wondering what my options are? Obviously it needs replaced. Should I replace it with OEM (I’m assuming it’s a spicer part), or are there other options in the aftermarket I should consider? Like Yukon, Doorman, or something else?

also, other than u joint size, are they all the same as far as spline count?

Wonder if it would hold up?

I should have mentioned it was a 7.3. Idk If that’s relevant, or not...

Another vote for Yukon. I have never had a problem with their driveline parts.
