From the dealers perspective, the labor to do piecemeal adds up to a mind numbing number. It depends if the failure is a singular failure or caused by a distributed cause, like low fuel pressure. So while an IDS check may show a fault, a secondary diagnosis is often warranted.

You can purchase Motorcraft injectors from Autonation white bear lake for about $180 apiece.
If you have someone do it make sure they use Motorcraft Ford remans. Others seems to have less reliable outcomes.
