I hate the maintenance schedule that comes with our trucks. You have to go to every mile schedule and see what needs done and most of that is common sense for people that are used to working on vehicles. Is there any place where a I can find a spread sheet with all the various items needed at critical mileages? There has to be something easier to use than what they put in the book.
Thanks, probably more like the one posted. The one from Owner.Ford.com is pretty much like the owner’s manual, however it is easier to check out each interval. I guess what I am concerned with, is there any preventative engine work I need to do. I’m only at 70k miles for my 2010 and I’ve had it for 8 years. I do intend to drive for many more years, so I want to take care of everything.

Hopefully you have already serviced the trans. The 6r80 is prone to sticky valves without routine service.

Yes, I had shudder around 30k miles and a fluid change with high quality synthetic fluid took care of that. However, it reared it ugly head again around 67k miles, so another fluid along with a flush.
I was was just reading about the timing chain on these Triton engines. It sounds like it may be a while before I have to replace that. Apparently you just wait for noise to happen, no inspection.
