It depends on how much torque is going through it, how worn the bearings and wrist pins are, how much its pings, etc. I could make it fail at 2000 rpm, given enough torque.
If it's stock, I'd say probably somewhere in the 6000 rpm area.

Also it depends if this thing is factory balanced,or really balanced.That is a major factor on any engine, granted how much load and how fast the rpm's are also are factors.A very well balanced std 428 crank and rods(not scj) can take 6800 RPM.
