Yup, we pretty much live on this meal three days a week. Broccoli when it scold out and salad when it warm. Excellent ribeye!!

Full disclosure, this was my supper yesterday while the wife and daughter had pizza with lots of garlic dipping sauce. I am watching my girlish figure.

 

Well, it looks like staying home and eating well has come back to bite me. I've had wicked heartburn the last two days straight.

 

Prepping ribs for a sous vide cook.

 

BLT wheat wraps for lunch. Wheat wrap slathered with mayo and seasoning of salt, pepper and garlic. Then bacon, lettuce and tomato.

 

Today's dinner was homemade falafel and premade gyro meat.

 

Firing up a sous vide cook of a rack of ribs this morning. They'll be cooking for 30 hours at 138 degrees F.

Where did you find that Gyro meat? I have looked and looked and can never find it. One of my favorite meals!!

 

Sam's Club. Demand for it is high apparently. I had to drive to a different Sam's from my usual to find it.

@97-psd and @FordTruckNoob mentioning a smoker and some ribs, I had to get the smoker out of the shed and start thawing some pork ribs.
