Spark plug issue

Recently bought a used 2016 F250 6.2L 40k miles. Noticed a tick coming from the drivers side of the engine, almost wrote it off after reading all the threads on the infamous 6.2L tick, but today I was rolling around underneath on the creeper seeing if I could pin point it and noticed an arc coming from one of the lower spark plug wire boot/plug connections! Went back up top pulled on it and it just slid right off. Noticed the terminal rounded end of the spark plug was stuck in the boot as well. Anyone ever experienced this? They appear to be motorcraft plugs, supposed to be good for 105k before replacement according to service schedule. I’m wondering why this would happen and if it’s indicative of another problem?

Broken spark plug

It's an individual spark plug failure. Shrug, replace it and move on.

Sorry forgot to mention all four lower plugs on the driver side are like this, while the passenger side still appear to be solid. Just seems a bit odd to me.
