I know a bunch of TN folks and most of them don't have front doors. At least not ones that close and latch, much less lock...

mods hanging out together talking about work. One mod who's department is general discussion is venting to another mod who works in tech. The mod who works in tech is calmly listening to the general discussion mod tell him his problems. The mod who works in tech is thinking the whole time that the GD mod ought to work in his neighborhood for a bit.
now.....during the GD mods rant about how things have went loco in his area, Y2 from tech comes in and hollers at Redford if he wants in on the corona thread. Redford says yes in a since by saying hold my beer.

It's like 2 buddies talking about their jobs and having some cold ones.

The bar represents a safe space, only mods go there. It's off limits to regular FTE members. The bar represents a place where mods can truthfully vent their frustrations without public knowledge. The bar is like a faculty lounge, no students allowed.
