got spark
i replaced the crank sensor and the module with junkyard parts. i hooked the spark tester up to the coil, turned on the engine, bump started it with a remote starter and got a good shock, yeah now to fix the fuel pump. i think i will drop the tank today sand clean everything up. i think the sending unit is suspect or my tank only holds 5 gallons, either way, it needs fixing my fuel pressure was about 5 lbs psi so i know it's no Bueno. i find if these vehicles sit for awhile the pumps die so if you have one that has sat for a while just plan on changing the pump and filter. you are frustrated enough trying to get out one fuel line you might as well get really ticked and do all of them.

i sprayed starting fluid into the intake and it fired right off. as soon as my wife heals from her surgery i will work on it some more. i think all it needs now is the fuel pump and i might as well change the filter as well. i think the filter was changed before it was parked but i am not sure and the filters are cheap.
