302 V8 Performance??? Help
Can anyone tell me what kind of horsepower and torque a 1995 F-150 302 V8 has? I'm just trying to find out what I am dealing with here. And can anyone help on what I could to raise to horsepower and to at least 300hp, while also increasing the torque. Thanks for the help.

stock is 210 hp and 275 torque
to get 250 RWHP (rear wheel) out of mine I did the following:
ported and polished the upper/lower intakes and the heads, pretty easy, summit sells a kit that works with a dremal tool, and the directions were pretty straight forward, that by seat of the pants did a big difference, but not as much as I wanted, then I purchased a throttle body spacer, helped with lower rpm power, then it was time for the K&N FIPK intake, that didn't do anything except make a cool sucking sound at high rpm's, after doing all of the intake work I had a lean condition that would cause popping out of the exhuast, annoyed me enough to get an adjustable fuel regulator and larger injectors, solved the popping and I got even more power especially at high rpms (high rpms to me is over 3500, I dont go more than 4500 due to the fact my truck has 118k miles...floating a valve spring is not a cool thing) Basically to get power out of a 5.0 its not hard, just plan out what you want to do and there is TONS of stuff that can be done, oh my 250 RWHP? Its a fact, I had the beast dyno'd this past weekend...hp peak at 4200 and 310 ft/pds of torque at 3500 rpm
