No smoke when it's running rough. It white smokes when I first start it after sitting all night. It's a 2003 f250 with 200000 miles no mods no programs no chip it's all stock. I have a video of it jumping whole running but I can't get it to upload on here

Not anywhere enough info here to give an accurate bit of advice . What data do you have when the problem is occurring ? Have you hooked it to a scan tool and monitored HPOP pressure etc?

not sure... but you need to get a scan tool and look for codes and do a buzz test.. etc... download ForScan (it's free) to a laptop and get an OBDII reader with a USB cord connection.

What city do you live in? someone may be able to come by and do a scan for you.

Looks like a good old-fashioned case of the romps.
First thing I would try is changing to 0W-40 or 5W-40 synthetic oil.

Ok I will try that. It just started doing that out of the blue. Is it bad to have the romps?
