Yes it has a different motor in it the old motor that was in it had a bad cylinder. The truck has 355k but the motor that was put in has around 200k

Unplug ICP sensor and see if problem changes.
Consider investing in a scan tool like Forscan or even Torque Pro. I like Scangauge2 as well.
Because, it’s getting harder to find a mechanic to efficiently work on these trucks and with a scan tool and help from us - there’s little you can’t figure out and fix yourself.

No it's not hard to start it don't white smoke yes it clears up after I rev it up untill I turn it off and start it again or if I put it in neutral and start it. It doesnt do it then. Only when it's in park

Just to give everyone a update on my truck. I haven't got the scan tool in yet just I went ahead and changed the fuel pump on the frame and I haven't had anymore problems out of it since. Thanks to everyone that help and put in the input. I appreciate everyone.
