Was driving down the road the other day and my rpm started fluctuating up and down, and then my truck finally shut off. Fuel pump wasn’t coming on, and when we finally got it to come on, the same fluctuations were happening when idling. We replaced the fuel pump and it was running good for about 300 miles, but now the same thing is happening again. Is there something other than the fuel pump that could be causing this?
How much fuel in tank when this happens? Have you done blue spring upgrade? What is fuel pressure?
lines crimped? any work been done around lines?
a lot f questions, but have to start somewhere.

it’s usually around 1/2 to 3/4 of a tank. No blue spring upgrades, no line crimping, and no work done I can think of. Going to check the fuel pressure later today
Happy lunch time Adam.
I would get the Blue spring upgrade kit from Ford. Don't buy the cheapies or you'll be doing again in a year. I would also look at the caps on fuel filters to make sure the seals are not damaged and that they seated correctly. Don't think that's it, but good to verify. Definitely check your pressure, I'm leaning that way. You don't want to see preasure under 50 psi. Get the blue spring kit in on your regulator.
That's a good start. Post your pressure readings at idle and wot.
I had issues with pump doing same thing on and off for a while. I found a short in the wire harness to the pump. I replaced it and solved my problem. Maybe worth a look.
