The flasher is under the dash, below the radio to the left a bit. Accessing it can be a challenge unless you have small hands. There are YouTube videos showing where it is and how to access. However that's not your problem if your hazards work. Could be your "combo switch". It's that lever opposite of your gear shifter where you activate windshield wipers, blinkers, etc....

Hey, Everyone. 2005 6.0 Excursion...some electrical gremlins as of late.
Where is the flasher for the blinker located? In the steering column? While my hazard flashers work, my blinkers do not. Manual does not specify.
Thanks in advance.
Do the wipers work? Try jiggling the blinker switch to see if you can get them activate at all. I had a constant clicker sound in the dash, so I thought it was my flasher, and I replaced it with OEM $18, and it changed nothing. It is located inside the dash up and right of the ODB connector. You have to peel off the whole dash face trim to get at it easily. Mine turned out to be the multifunction switch (Wipers/Blinkers) on column. Got it from RockAuto and it fixed my issues.
You can put your blinker on and check them at the bulb socket for power with a multimeter or test light.
