LIGHTS

So this morning when driving, the running lights and headlights all work, but one of the turn signals doesn't work, it works on the dash, but not flashing in front. If the running lights work, shouldn't the turn signal as well?

No just because 1 works does not mean the others would too.

When you say the dash light works is it flashing but the no flashing on the outside front or rear?
Is it the same for both sides left & right?
Do the 4 ways work, both dash light and all 4 corners flash?
Once we know what you have going on we can point you how to check more or even fix it.
Could be bulbs, flasher, grounds / bad sockets, etc.

Headlughts work, brakes work. The running lights work, front passenger side and both rear turn signals work, only turn signal that doesnt work is the driver side, but the running light works. Both turn signals on the dash work.

Sorry I don't under stand what "works" is they light up but don't flash or?

Turned to left does it flash front, rear dash?
Turned to right does it flash front, rear dash?
If the 4 ways are turned on does it flash front, rear dash for both sides?
Is this done with the running / head lights on or off?
What about rear brake lights do they work? Lights on or off?

Again I don't know what is working and when to help more because if it works 1 way but not another it could point to 1 thing or something else and why I asked when & what is working.

Headlights work, brakes work, the running lights above the headlights work, the only light that doesnt is the turn signal on drivers side. The running light is still the turn signal light. Even when i turn the hazards on that driver side front doesnt flash.

Try changing the bulb. Sounds like one of the filiments is burnt out. A bulb is a cheap thing to rule out.

See once we get the full picture we know how to move forward.
Let us know if that fixes it.

The lamps above the headlamps are the parking/turn signal lamps, use dual filament #1157 bulbs. Amber (1157NA) bulbs with clear lenses, clear bulbs with amber lenses.

One filament is used for the parking lamp, the other for the turn signals.

Yup, all symptoms point to the bulb. Like ND said, they’re dual filament. One side runs the low, running lights. Other side runs the high, blinker. Sounds like ground is good. Pull the bulb, check both filaments. Change if bulb is bad. Then, make sure the bulb and bulb socket are clean and reinstall.
