Replacement cat for 7.5L

I want to put a high flow cat in my '92 F250 with 460, I can't find any (cheap-ish) cats that are rated for anything more than 5.7L. Any suggestions? Truck is tagged historic so I guess I could just do a cat delete or gut it, but I'd rather keep it legal.

scavenger hunt at junkyard, and get one off a newer body style truck 2004 or newer trucks average hp was well over 300, and those cats are 3"(2 3/4") and cheaper than $100+ for new one, could prolly take whole exhaust just chunk muffler, find crew cab, long wheel base trucks, that much more piping

Just find a large body 3" in/out cat 16" or longer. Is yours bad? My 02 has 164,000 miles and my last emissions test my exhaust was clean.

Cat is still good, but I am upgrading to a 3" single exhaust, which would make the stock 2.25" cat a pretty major bottleneck. I ended up with the MagnaFlow 99109HM

your stock cat is 2(pipes) in / 1(pipe) out how are you going to adapt to that

After pulling it off, the stock cat looked pretty clean which is kind of surprising for being almost 30 years old, granted the truck only has 101k on it. Anyhow, sold the stock cat for $175 which paid for over half the exhaust . I've noticed a bit of increased power but that might just be placebo. Will track the MPGs and see what I get. Noticed a little drone in the cab on the freeway but that's probably just from the exhaust tip not quite clearing the body extending that a couple inches should help. If not, I'm planning on soundproofing the cab anyhow.

Sounds damn good in my opinion.
