Just installed a new rear camera above license plate and now my daughter is complaining of a noise that sounds like a cracked open window. It was a careful install but thinking possibly that a grommet could have been pierced. Will I get road hissing noise from that?
I had to run wires through a grommet above the license plate bracket into the tailgate and another above the tailgate where all the wires go back into the cabin. I also had to run wires into the grommet for the left tail light where I'm guessing that could be the issue.
If I need to reseal the areas what is recommended that is flexible and removable fairly easy?
