I used a string (small piece of cord) and a couple lfimsy spatulas, you should almost be able to push the old right out at a corner then use the string to go around the seal as you push. Putting it back in, I put my seal on the window and put as much as I could in the truck then had someone inside with one end of the string following as I slid the string while appling inward pressure on the window. With flimsy spatula I ensured all the seal was completely on inside.

You may wish to consider the use of a sealant to ensure a good seal. Others far more learned than I have mentioned the utility of using sealant. You may wish to search previous postings

You might want to use a sealant between the window and rubber, my '48-52 manual suggests rubber cement but there's probably a better more modern product. Also, use a spay bottle with a heavy soap solution, dish soap or a Windex type product, to lubricate the string, it will help as you pull the string. I use a nylon tool made specifically for installing widows but you could make one out of some kind of pliable material.
