Window tint question

I’m getting My windows tinted tomorrow. I’m going with llumar 20% ceramic on front driver and passenger doors.

What % have y’all done with on back driver, passenger and rear windows since they already have a factory tint to them?

35% (max allowed by state law) front driver and passenger. 20% on rears that are on top of the factory tint.

I went 40% LLumar Stratos for the 4 side windows and rear, 30% for the moonroof, and 80% Air clear for the front. Don't go too dark or you can't see a damn thing at night unless you roll the window down. The factory tint is just dark, it does not have much if any IR protection.

I did 35% on driver & passenger doors and top of windshield. Left my rear doors & window factory. It's perfect IMO.

I went with Llumar ceramic CTX25 on the front 2, and CTX 50 on the rear doors. If I were to do it again I might go with CTX15 fronts, CTX35 or 40 rears. The chart in the photo shows the options and what percent they are.

I did 15% ceramic on the 2 front windows & a 5% windshield strip. If interior temp becomes an issue I will add 3M Crystalline to the back windows.

I have 20% ceramic on the front windows, matches close to the factory rear tint. Added 20% to the moonroof. Then i did 35% on the entire windshield. First time I've ever had a vehicle with the full windshield tinted and im sold, dont think ill have another vehicle without. I wouldn't go any darker than 35% though.

I usually do 5% on all rear doors and windows.and will go 30%-40% on driver and passenger...going with a ceramic tint this time for the UV and Heat reflective properties.

Im wondering if I should do the back section of moon roof.............

Well, since you’re already going 20% on the front windows, you might as well go with 20 or 15 percent on the rear windows and rear glass.

In Florida, can one go as dark as one would like on the rear doors and back window?

Are the tint laws strictly enforced in Florida because 20% is below the legal limit.

If not, I’d say you should just do 20% on the rear doors and rear glass.

Just got back. I ended up going with 20% ceramic all the way around (besides the windshield) Just did a strip on there.. I figured the 20% would be a lot darker than what it is. The pics show it to be dark, but its not. you can still see in the truck. Overall it looks good. Hope the ceramic reduces the heat like Ive read it does.
