New Process Tran Case
I cannot find any information on this Transfer Case besides the Gear Ratio and that it is a New Process. My owners manual shows refill capacities for the old Warner 1345 and NP208, but nothing about what I have on my truck. I was wondering if anyone could tell me anything or any websites about my Transfer Case, that would be great!

Get real close to the ID tag on the case and make sure that what you say says 209f doesn't say 208 f. NP stamps their tags and then paints them, so a little cleaning may be in order. I'll lay odds it really says 208F which is the version that was in early '80's fords. don't worry, it's a good case.
