flathead experts?

hello! i'm on here because I have a 56 f100 that's on the back burner right now, but I have a question about another project.
I have a 59ab in my 36 coupe and I want to un-screw the dipstick mount on the side of the pan.
will this cause nuts, or a threaded mounting plate to drop into the oil?
there are three bolts that mount the threaded inlet to the side, but I've never seen the inside as I wasn't with the rebuilder when he sealed it up. thanks for any info.
here's a pic I got online of what my fitting looks like.
I don't see any way of adding pics.

I'm no expert, but if your mount has screws instead of rivets, I believe that is a kit to mount them and remove them without having to drop the pan. The inner threaded plate is intended to be tack welded or brazed to the pan so it stays in place. If the kit was installed as intended, nothing should drop inside the pan....Good luck!

I guess I could loosen the three screws, but not completely, and see if the whole assembly wiggles. thanks for your reply.
