So I Have a '13 f150 stx with the 5 liter in it and the truck wont start. The thing turns over for days but wont start which leads me to believe its a fuel issue, now I've already replaced the fuel pump control module fuse with a 30 amp and relocated it once before. The issue is that last time it was a quick fix, I bought the relocation kit and moved the fuse and rewired it. Last time it was easy to identify by the melted fuse in the fuse box, but now I'm at a loss because the new fuse is fine. How possible is it that because of the beefier fuse the power went through it without blowing the fuse but shorted out either the fuel pump control module or the fuel pump itself, and how do I test that.

When you turn the ignition key On but not starting/cranking the engine position, you should be able to hear the fuel pump run for 2-3 seconds. Should Sounds like a soft hum. If this is not happening, the fuel pump is not running. If you can hear the fuel pump running(soft hum sound), then you have a different problem then the fuel pump.
