I have a 1995 7.3 power stroke I've replaced all injectors the harnesses, glow plugs ,new batteries ,ICP iRP ,are crankshaft position sensor ,alternator n I can put 12 volts to the IPR Val in the truck will crank it idles fine for about 4 seconds and then it starts making like a loping idling you can put it in gear and it wants to surge, There is a leak around the fuel bowl and there's a crack in the down pipe also has new turbo and lift pump,also put a new IDM I've checked all fuses relays don't know where else to go the the fuel bowI put on there is used any help please
I've got a nee housing coming tomorrow fuel pressure around 50 when it runs it idles fantastic then cel and hard lopeing idle when you turn it off and start back no cel for about 4 to 5 sec and then it repeats again
OK have replaced fuel bowl housing, lift pump ,all 8 injectors , Starter, alternator ,the valve cover harnesses, Glow plugs ,IDM ,Turbo ,Two new batteries ,vacuum pumpI back story ,I bought this truck 1995 7.3 truck for a $1000 It needed a ipr valve they said so I bring it on a roll back put in ipr valve, truck starts but after about 4 seconds of smooth idling cel comes on and it almost idles like and old tractor and it gets louder when you turn it off because it doesn't die ,no smoke good oil pressure ,fuel bowl is filling up I did however pressure wash really good underneath truck and everything else also, when I put a motor craft ipr now it will not unless I apply directly 12 volts it will start I've tried plugging icp I get rpm when trying to crank checked wiring harness can anybody tell me something please!!!
