Not much I can say to those reviews....glad I got the steel version and not the aluminum. Have towed my 2007 29-5 Arctic Fox all over the east coast and nary a problem. I did change the filter to show all reviews...19 were critical, 152 positive !
If you mean the glide pads, they don't look like they have ANY wear. I purchased this used a few years ago and it didn't have hardly any use since he had purchased it. Since then, I haven't gone too far with it either. It is the -06 (up to 19,000) but my 5er is only a 12k.

In my case I feel that the Anderson changes the connection to a gooseneck so no longer able to pull a utility trailer with the quads or jet ski behind the camper so while I like the light idea and would be great to have extra payload, I had to cross it off my list when looking for a new hitch to fit my puck system. The highway traffic act specifically says the first trailer has to be a 5th wheel connection in my home province.
