The new 02 sensor fixed the check engine light on the wifes Hummer.
Replaced the temp sending unit and the connector end this morning on the caddy. No more fault code and the temp gauge is working again.
The new water pump will be delivered today, I already have new belts and thermostat on hand. Going to replace the pump and stuff next weekend while I'm at work. It will be one less thing I have to worry about failing on the highway on our trip.

sounds like you are busy as always. Church has gone stupid over this Coroniavirsus BS. No handshaking or hugging. Just before church yesterday Debra got a headache and I sneezed so we stayed home dont want a panic. Told Debra if we had 2 respirators and paint suits we would wear them to church to show how stupid they are acting , thinking a bs fist bump prevents anything. If we had gone and if the did the say hello thing we would have sat there like bumps on a log. So we stayed home and I started on the second bathroom. Got the sub floor down and flooring past the toilet.

Talked to daughter late last night. Lexie found out I am remarried. Not that it a big secret. Daughter said she went off the deep end again. They are all seeing what I was going thru. Went up to my mom's Saturday. Brought back a griddle, wafflemaker, floor lamp, bakeware, a bunch of table cloths and place mats, a newer microwave. Here lately every time we go up the we bring stuff back
Debra has already started packing for the trip. Only things left to do for the wedding is pick up the cake ,her dress from tailor, and a few more decorations for the reception. Still have to work on all the music.

You know I always stay busy, can't get a break sometimes.
We took the Caddy for a drive on Sunday and it ran fantastic. It was great to finally drive it and not have any warning lights on. Still rides like poop because of the crappy tires and worn out front shocks, I'll get to those after I get it to stop leaking oil.. Putting a valve cover gasket on during lunch. The right side one is the main one leaking and of course it's the hardest one to get down too. Probably will do the water pump and new belts on Saturday since I have to be at work anyway.

Floors look great. Home remodeling is not one of my specialties. I can do it but I don't really enjoy it.
Since I put the oil pan gasket on my oil leaking has slowed down dramatically. I think the new valve cover gaskets will stop the rest. I know the passenger side one is the worst one. We got busy during lunch yesterday so I will do it on Saturday so I'm not rushed.

Made our reservations for the hotel after the cruise. We are going to Volcano bay water park after the cruise. Ordered new tires for the Caddy yesterday, getting installed next week. Putting the new valve cover gaskets in on Saturday. Next is the new water pump and belts. Then changing the fluids in the differentials and the transfer case. Then checking over the brakes and then new front shocks. That should get her to 100% and hopefully no surprises on the highway going down for our vacation.

I have taken a step back. I dont care anymore. if it happens, it happens, if it dont, then new lender. I chase money to make sure my future is good. I hustle. But I am built like this. My dodge is going good too. Had a paint issue, and its been corrected by the district gm. Shouldnt be longer than 2 weeks this thing is looking good and where I want it.

God has it from here. Because im drained. If he dont want it, It wasnt meant to happen.

Meant does sound like she wants to be your partner. The chasing money deals will always changing jobs just for money, not hustling to make money. Several studies have found that money is about # 3 list on the list after Job security and atmosphere. I told my son that when he did it. He ended up back at the company he left . Talking to him more found out there were some other reasons, but money was primary now he back with them for less money.

God will always provide what you need. Our freewill jumps in a screws thing up with wants. Your attitude of what happens happens will help your stress factor a whole lot. Right now our finance are screwed up. My divorce was one of the best things that happen to me. It set in motion a chain of events that I was not expecting. I rededicated my life to God. He blessed me with the new truck, camper, a couple of credit cards. The best thing he blessed me with was Debra my new wife. Nov I was single money was ok. Christmas Debra and I got very serious very fast. January drove to Fl to get her, paid for her divorce, started turned this house into our home got rid of old furniture , started much need renovation. I paid for the wedding granted we did it on the cheap but we still spent 800 to a 1000. But the money is not important being happy and having a partner that loves me is.

Went to Americus Ga yesterday afternoon for work and we stayed the night. We did John Deere training today and drove back this afternoon. It was strange being away from home without the family. Nothing better than being with my family.

We have a cruise in September and I got an email from the cruise line today. It said if we kept our cruise as scheduled they would put an extra $50 bucks in room credits.

Have to work today, blah. Bad part is its till 4 now that we are on summer hours.. Will stay busy putting in new valve cover gaskets on the Caddy. Install the last spark plug and wire too. If I have time I will also put in the new tranny mount. Getting new tires installed on Friday. All this should stop the last of the oil leaks and stop the vibration above 65 mph. I will do the water pump and belts weekend after next when I have to work again.

Got the valve cover gaskets installed but I know for sure now it needs a new rear main seal. I was hoping to get out of dropping the transmission but not so lucky. I also found a busted CV boot on the front, got a new axle on order. Sucked having to work till 4 but didn't have to rush working on the caddy, I did have some customers so had to do a balancing act for a little bit.

Came home and mowed grass around the property. Tried to do what I could because yep it's raining again. Noticed the trees were budding and almost overnight they have started to bloom.

Hump Day!
Business has exploded, which is good I suppose.
New tires for the caddy were delivered to the tire store yesterday, hope to sneak off and get them installed this morning. Still waiting for the new CV axle to come in. Shows the shipping label was made but still not on the way yet. Planning on putting in the rear main next weekend.

New tires and alignment on the caddy! It is amazing how much different the ride is now. It would shake and wobble really bad at any speed over 65mph, Now she is buttery smooth.
I can really tell l need new front shocks but I am still amazed at how much better it rides.

Glad the caddy is almost done. We came home early we were both exhausted. We did go out to the land yesterday. It was a good day Debra drove the side by side first time she has driven anything in 5 years. She helped me cut the camper jacks of the sawmill frame and we got it back together. Showed her how the sawmill works and she made 2 cuts. Was going to let her drive the tractor but she could not get in it. We took the small grill and grilled hotdogs. First meal out there.
