I mean....if you truly want to rid of everything, slap a carb on there and points ignition then call it a day. Otherwise you need to keep the solenoids and wiring intact because the computer wants them present and accounted for.
I have one of these and it works fine. I don't have my relay plugged in electrically or vacuum. No CEL.

I would need to know specifically what “dongle” or resistors to use to trick the pcm.

All my relays etc are unplugged electrically and vacuum. I have removed most of my vacuum lines. All I have left is fuel regulator and heater controls. The ports on the back of my heads are plugged. I have aftermarket headers and y pipe into a magnaflow free flowing cat and exhaust. The stock O2 sensor is in. Smog pump is gone with shorter belt.
My egr valve is actually in place but I'll be able to remove it and plug the port on the lower plenum.
Exhaust gas re-circulation reduces the formation of NOX by allowing a small amount of exhaust gas to "leak" into the intake manifold. The amount of gas leaked into the intake manifold is only about 6 to 10% of the total, but it's enough to dilute the air/fuel mixture just enough to have a "cooling effect" on combustion temperatures. This keeps combustion temperatures below 1500 degrees C (2800 degrees F) to reduce the reaction between nitrogen and oxygen that forms NOX.
That's really interesting, do you have more information on modding the ECM to ignore emissions or links?
Also pretty much you just chop off the cats, throw air pump in trash, block off egr with a plate, plug air ports in exh. manifolds/heads. Keep the solenoids electrically connected and just remove the vac lines.
Don't can anything. You never know how EMISSION LAWS will change in the future or the next buyer or another may want the take-offs.
