He removed all of his bushes several years ago. Looks like crap. LOL

A black family lived there when we moved here 29 years ago and they kept the place looking nice. Then this kid moved in and has done nothing to improve the place.

We had a sunny 55° day here in the River City today.

Was helping my neighbor to build a shoe changing cabinet and storage station today. Be a couple more days before my work will be done.
