Hi looking for a pto that you engage by cable and that has a pto shaft coming off it for a Clark 455 transmission if anyone has one or knows where to get one for this transmission I would appreciate it

You are going to have to get more specific. Most shift via cable, and all have a shaft. Some go front, back or are reversible. 6 bolt, 8 bolt, adapter etc.
The PTO is not a Ford part and would have been installed by the owner or aftermarket equipment installer.

It’s 6 bolt shaft needs to go from transmission towards the rear. I have a chealse pto that will work with this transmission but the pump is built on to the pto and I would have to re plump the whole dumb bed to make it work

Can you post a picture of that? Can't be separated?
Is there a model number on the PTO? Tooth count on the gear? There are tons of PTO suppliers, and I'm sure you can get a match.
Would you rather deal with a drive shaft or a replumb?
