Exhaust question???

So I’ve got a 1994 F250 w/ the 351 and I recently had some exhaust work done (true duals) and now I notice some unusual things that I couldn’t before given the pipes were joined so I was sitting with my truck last night and I noticed the driver side exhaust pipe was blowing harder than the passenger side I don’t know squat about exhaust but I know that it’s not supposed to be like that

Duals from EXH MAN back or a CAT-back system? Is the CAT(s) still on the truck?

If true duals, was a balance cross-over installed?
