OEM Bumper question

My front bumper is pretty beat up from the previous owner. Id like to buy a new OEM bumper, get it painted and get paint protection film applied/ceramic coat. My question, is there pretty much only 2 types of bumper? With foglights and without foglights? Or is there any other differences with the adaptive cruise control and such? I don't need to replace all the plastics and all, just the main metal bumper.

I believe the only difference is the fog light holes

4 bumpers, two configurations is possible.

Thanks for the responses. I have a fully loaded 2018 f250 platinum, anyone know by chance which bumper I would need? Looking at the parts sites it’s hard to tell what I’m looking at.
