Anyone else getting a little tired of the shower they get when they open the door(s) in the rain??
Also made the mistake sometime back of cracking the driver's side window after getting in after a rain and hitting the brakes. Pretty impressive......water everywhere.
What ever happened to the rain gutters above the door?
I'm just waiting for the water to short out my window or mirror switches.
Any innovative solutions (besides keeping a couple of shop towels handy in the console)?
Funny you should mention this, as my wife was just complaining about this. It seems to be a problem, but not sure how it could be easily fixed. As for the windows, you can get the vent shades. I had these on my Dodge and they work great!!!

I've got the vent visors, and love 'em. I leave my window open a crack in all weather, just 'cause I like some fresh air. Even leave the truck parked with the window down a bit to air it out. Never had any rain come in while driving, as long as the window isn't open more than the visor covers.
Water flying in when you open the door... hmm, can't say I experience that, though.
anyone tried a strip of that adhesive rain gutter JC whitney use to sell? A strip of that about 18-24" long adhered to the cab over the door should deflect the water away from the open door. My F-350 hasn't arrived yet but the first time I get drenched exiting the truck I'm gonna fix it quickly.

I got mine at a local shop that sold me my tonneau, bed liner, and other accessories the firt day I brought the truck home from the dealership. I hear that Wal Mart has the best prices, though. Even if they don't have it in stock, they'll order it for ya'. I suggest checking online and having the correct model # with you, just in case.
Both my old 02, and new 03 do the same thing, with the water going onto the seats, all over the place. I also have a major problem of my seats getting WORN. A portion of my drivers captians chair is almost black, not the tan it's supposed to be. My 02 with the different front seat config. never got worn. Any suggestions?
I can't believe it, what a scammm!! They stole the pics and discription straight from my Bike of the month page. LINK http://www.rswarrior.com/BikeOfTheMo...h=October-2003 on rswarrior.com ... Be whery of what you bid on there. Things like this happen much to often!!!!
Yeah.....I'm with you. There's a piece of me that just doesn't feel right about E-Bay. Seems wide open for a scam. Then again, I tend to fall in the **** retentive column when it comes to these things...
Granted, 99% of the users of E-Bay are probably straight up. IT's the 1% (as always, right?) that screw it up for everyone.
I will say, however, that I have heard from others that E-Bay is pretty damn vigilant about going after those idiots. Had a buddy that got on e-bay, sent them an e-mail, and they worked with him for weeks to set it straight and he was satisfied. SO, to be fair, here's a message to E-Bay:
