mbnv992 I have theTan cloth split bench seat and the outside portion of the seat is turning dark as well. I am considering having leather installed when it gets looking real bad.

Ah, the old ugly, noisy, rusty rain gutters of the 70's. At least you didn't have to worry about getting your brown vinyl seat wet

yeah not only the rain problem...buy how bout when your driving down the road and use your windshield washer fluid when your window's down....I hate it. are the visors UV resistant...do they last long? I don't want some piece of junk that's only gonna work for a month or so.

The visors I have last a long time. Ventshade is the company that makes the ones I have. They work well too, I definatly would recommend them.

thanks...I'll have to check into them. I have to bite my lip every time I have my window down and use the window washer because the stuff rolls off the side of the front glass into the door...I never think about it till its too late. At the same time that I want to solve the problem, I don't want some cheap peice of junk that will be half stuck on and half falling off in a month either.

My other truck (02 F-350) I had the Ventshades on for over 1 year, and were perfact. (good for a rainy day too, if you want the window open)

The VentVisors definately last a while. I've seen beaten up old trucks with panels falling off, but the visors were still in shape.

As far as getting 2 or 4, I went with 4 just to complete the look. Without the back windows, something just doesn't seem.... consistent?

Check my gallery if you're into the "chrome look" to see how I accessorised my visors.

Yeah....I thought 2 would like kinda "incomplete".

Looks like you gotta roll of the chrome trim-strips and "gussied" her up!!

Lotta us motorcyclists do that to hide ugly tank seams, etc..

Looks good! I subscribe to the motorcycle philosophy:

You can't have too much chrome!
