Cool Need New Tires

Proud Owner of a 2015 F250 4X4 Crew Cab 6.7; We need to get some new tires in the next few months. First Set were Michelin ( Original from Ford), They were OK.
Second Set was Goodyear Wrangler AT/S. Size is LT 275 65R20. I really liked the Goodyear, but was told they don't make that tire anymore.
95% of my drivetime is on the interstate, in Florida. I was looking at GY All Terrain Adventure w/Kevlar or GY Wrangler Fortitude HT.

IF you have bought any new tires lately or if you have experience with either of these tires, I would appreciate some advice. Tires are expensive and you are stuck with them for 3 years, I want to make a good choice. Thanks

Dave, I've run the GY AT Adventure w/Kevlar on a few different vehicles including my last SD and have been very happy with them. The are aggressive enough without sacrificing noise or ride quality. That said, I'm about to make the switch to Toyo Open Country AT2's on my truck. I like the look, they wear like iron, and they come in a 295 size the will give me a little more width and sidewall...

Got over 100k out of my last set of michelin LTX A/T2, LT275/65. 2014 F250. Know some don't like them for aesthetics, but they've treated me well.

I recently called the local tire shop regarding tires for my truck. I asked what they have been installing on the SRW F250-350 in my area, the reply was BF Goodrich, Nitto Ridge Grapplers and Toyo Open Country.

I have the Toyo Open Country AT2 currently on the truck and plan to replace them with the same. I like the look, they are decent in the mud and not obnoxious on the highway. I have 38,000 on them and they are about shot. I tow a trailer 95% of the time and rotate the tires every 8-10k.

I don't buy the GY anymore. They just don't hold up in summer heat towing. I lost first tire about the end of June ( 98° highs) and two weeks later lost a second tire ( again on a hot day) Goodyear did not warranty, Said I must have hit something on the road. ( Yeah sure, Same problem on two tires on opposite sides of the truck two weeks apart) .

I've pulled that exact trailer with the Factory Michelin, with Toyo and with Desiel Sellers Legend tires with no problems even in summer heat.
If you are not towing, Probably not a big deal. But I haul horses

If you're looking for a good set of stock sized tires that you get plenty of miles out of I highly recommend BFG Rugged Trail tires. I have them on my current company work truck. The stock set had 118k miles on them and this set has 104k so far. Great tire for lots of miles.

Hey Dave, I know folks on here don't like them for whatever reasons, but I got 68k on my OEM Michelins and probably could have squeezed out another 10k except I ran over some debris that flattened one of them and I said to hell with it and replaced the set. I went back with the same ones. I also tow quite a bit (gooseneck and bumper pull). Down here in the sunshine state I think they are a good choice. FWIW, we have a '15 Chevy 3500 dually flat bed as one of our work trucks. We tow a gooseneck continuously with it. We just put the 3rd set of tires on it at 184k. The first two sets were Michelins but I plan on replacing this truck soon so I bought some cheaper tires this time. I am biased, but I think the Michelins are a good choice.
