2009 5.4 swap help
I have a 2009 F150 with a bad 5.4 in it. Does anyone know if I would be able to swap in a 5.4 from a 2007 E350 van? That motor only had 20000 miles before it got rear ended and totaled. I figured I would need to swap intakes and exhaust manifolds at the very least.

You're better off finding another 3v.

Thanks for the replies guys. I appreciate it. Im kind of old school when it comes to the 4.6/5.4 stuff. All my stuff is old! Are there any vans that shared the 3V motor? My father in law has a few vans laying around in various states of being....

Unfortunately not. To my knowledge the heads are too large on the 3v engines to fit in the chassis.
