I have a 2009 F150 with a bad 5.4 in it. Does anyone know if I would be able to swap in a 5.4 from a 2007 E350 van? That motor only had 20000 miles before it got rear ended and totaled. I figured I would need to swap intakes and exhaust manifolds at the very least.

Not easily. Your truck has the 3v variant, while the E-van has the 2v motor. You'd need to swap the heads as well as all the accessories, sensors, and other sundry items. It would also likely need a tune to run correctly due to different parts used on the bottom end resulting in slightly different compression ratio.
X2 not sure about 09-11 but older vintage vans often had different engine dimensions and configuration due to different space available under the hood. Heads, intake, where your dipsticks are, etc.

Unfortunately not. To my knowledge the heads are too large on the 3v engines to fit in the chassis.
